Every full employee accrues 6.66 hours of PTO each full pay period regardless of length of service, for a total of 160 hours (4 weeks) per year.

401k

The FlexPoint Technology 401k Plan offers a variety of investment options through the Hartford. Regardless of the employee’s personal contributions, FlexPoint makes a 3% safe harbor contribution of each employee’s gross pay. In addition, safe harbor contributions have no vesting schedule.

Conference reimbursement

To encourage professional development, FlexPoint offers a reimbursement program to eligible employees who attend job-related seminars.

Education reimbursement

FlexPoint also offers a tuition assistance program to eligible employees who complete approved job-related courses with a passing grade, up to $5,250 of tuition expenses per year.
