Who We Are

An Employee-centric business taken to a new level!

FlexPoint Technology’s Founders Guiding Principle

We wanted to create the company that we always wanted to work for!

Woman at meeting tableSounds great, right!  But what does that mean? Well sure, it means applying fun technology to important customer problem sets to create solutions that will make the world a better place.  Duh?  The difference here is that we want employees to be fully engaged in our mission.

So what makes a fully engaged employee? This might seem hard to define since people’s goals can change significantly over the full length of any career. On the other hand, some things can probably be said about most people and most careers, things like:

Happy WomanGrowth – People need to feel that they are growing in their careers and learning new things. At FlexPoint we strive to provide training and other learning opportunities balanced between where the employee wants their career to go and what our customers need most. Every employee is expected to have two weeks of training, conferences, and other growth events and this is built in to our business model. Also, FlexPoint is on an excellent growth path that provides an environment for our employees to stretch and take on new responsibilities and even new career paths.

Recognition - Employees need to feel that their ideas and accomplishments are appreciated. Spot bonuses and out of cycle raises are always appreciated and our employees are regularly recognized for exceptional achievement. But just as important are company events planned to just get us together socially and keep us all connected. Most of the company attends the Microsoft SharePoint Conference every year (in Las Vegas the last several years and Anaheim this year), we’ve held events at a shooting range, had a spa day, happy hours…and we are constantly looking for new ways to stay connected and show appreciation for the outstanding contributions made every day to our customers and to us.

Trust – Engaged employees feel that they can trust senior leadership and feel confident about the future. We know our employees are engaged this way because they constantly tell us, either by sharing their ideas for new business, referring candidate employees, or just telling us constantly how different our company is to work for and how much they love it.

If this sounds like the kind of organization you might thrive in or work well with please contact us to discuss positions we have open or your ideas regarding ways we might work together.
